On the day of the clean, two women arrived along with a supervisor who made sure everything got off to a smooth start. The team was professional, efficient, and did a thorough job. The supervisor returned at the end for a final inspection and showed attention to detail. They followed up by email the next day to check in. I have just been quoted £180 plus VAT! Surely I must have heard incorrectly!! On a 3 hour clean which is all it needs that's £60 an hour! Ridiculous and a complete rip off!

Home visits from 'supervisors' are pointless....any questions you have they just say 'check with head office'. Poor communication around cancelled cleans and change of cleaner. Not a great experience....
